Healthy Banana & oatmeal cookies
You can easily cook Healthy Banana & oatmeal cookies in 15 ingredients and only 7 steps. Here is how you can simply prepate it.
1 | Prepare of rolled oats. |
2 | Approximately of whole wheat flour. |
3 | About of all purpose flour (can replace with whole wheat). |
4 | Prepare of cocoa powder. |
5 | Prepare of baking soda. |
6 | Approximately of baking powder. |
7 | You need of salt. |
8 | About of ground cinnamon. |
9 | Approximately of small or 2 large bananas. |
10 | It’s of dates. |
11 | About of honey. |
12 | Prepare of eggs. |
13 | Approximately of coconut (or vegetable) oil. |
14 | Approximately of walnuts (optional). |
15 | Take of unsweetened coconut flakes (optional). |
Step 1 | Mix all the dry ingredients. |
Step 2 | Blend bananas, honey and dates in a food processor. |
Step 3 | Pour the banana mixture in the dry ingredients. Add eggs (lightly beaten) and oil. |
Step 4 | Mix all. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. |
Step 5 | Add and mix additional toppings if any.. |
Step 6 | Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 125 C in a greased tray or cookie sheet.. |
Step 7 | These may not spread so you will have to shape them before baking.. |
