1 You need of powdered Oats.
2 Take of Soya Milk.
3 You need of unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
4 You need of Sugar.
5 Prepare of Cornflour.
6 Prepare of Olive Oil.
7 You need of Vanilla Essence.
8 Take of Salt.
9 Prepare of Choco Chips(optional).
10 Take of Walnuts (+1 for Garnishing).

Healthy Instant and No Bake Mini Oats Brownies cooking step by step

Step 1 In a pan, stir in Soy milk, unsweetened Cocoa powder, Sugar, Cornflour & a pinch of salt. (I used homemade Soy Milk which can be replaced with any milk)..
Step 2 Now cook it on a medium flame. It'll start thickening, so stir continuously..
Step 3 Once it becomes dark & shiny, add olive oil and vanilla essence. Mix well. (any oil with neutral flavour can be used here).
Step 4 Then add powdered Oats. Cook well while stir continuously. It'll become very thick. Add choco chips (optional) and chopped walnuts..
Step 5 Now pour it into the mould or simply in small bowls. Top it with some walnuts & choco chips and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins. Once set, Enjoy!.
