Healthy Oats and Vegetable cutlets cooking step by step

Step 1 Soak the oats in very little water..
Step 2 Heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions saute for 1 minute..
Step 3 Add ginger and garlic paste for 1 minute..
Step 4 Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves along with oregano, red chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts..
Step 5 Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts..
Step 6 Add boiled and mashed potatoes, mix it well, close the flame and let it cool down completely..
Step 7 Add bread crumbs, mix it well,.
Step 8 Grease hands and take 2tbsp of mixture into ur palm and flatten it to form a round shape..
Step 9 Shallow fry them until become brown in colour..
Step 10 Serve them with green chutney..
