1 Prepare of Oats flour(grind oats in a blender to make flour).
2 About of wheat flour.
3 Approximately of mashed overipe bananas.
4 Prepare of cocoa powder unsweetened.
5 About of brown sugar.
6 Approximately of walnuts chopped.
7 It’s of eggs (or 1/2cup curd if making eggless).
8 Approximately of vanilla essence.
9 Prepare of baking soda.
10 Approximately of Salt.
11 About of Roasted Oats.

Step 1 Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes..
Step 2 In a bowl add nicely sieved flours, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix well with a fork..
Step 3 In another bowl, cream mushed bananas and sugar with beater for 3-4minutes..
Step 4 Add eggs and vanilla essence to banana mix and blend well..
Step 5 Now add the dry flour mix to the banana mix, little at a time. Mix gently while scrapping from sides with a spatula..
Step 6 Add walnuts and mix..
Step 7 Pour the batter in greased muffin moulds and sprinkle roasted oats on top..
Step 8 Bake at 180 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean from the centre, muffins are done..
Step 9 Let the muffins come to room temperature before serving..
Step 10 Your healthy muffins are ready..
Step 11 Note: the batter is thick in consistency, so need not worry about that. The muffins will be super moist from inside..
