3 | You need of spotty bananas. |
4 | It’s of peanut butter or almond butter. |
5 | It’s of ground cinnamon. |
6 | You need of ground flaxseed (optional). |
7 | Approximately of hemp seeds (optional). |
8 | You need of ice cubes. |
Banana Oatmeal Smoothie cooking instructions
Step 1 | Start the night before, by soaking the oats. Place the oats with the milk in a mason jar or Tupperware with a lid and refrigerate overnight.. |
Step 2 | In the morning when you're ready to make the smoothie, place the soaked oats and milk into the blender, then add the rest of the ingredients.. |
Step 3 | Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.. |
