It's hard not to like this sweet tasting cookie with its soft and chewy texture. Besides lots of rolled oats, they contain dried fruit (raisins, dried cherries or cranberries), chocolate chips (white and/or semi sweet), and chopped nuts (walnuts and/or pecans). These easy oatmeal cookies are a great way to use up any leftover dried fruit, nuts or chocolate from your holiday baking projects. 1 Prepare of flour.
2 About of baking powder.
3 Prepare of salt.
4 Prepare of brown sugar.
5 About of oatmeal.

You can make the classic oatmeal raisin, or if you're a chocolate lover like me, throw in some chocolate chips for a chewy chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. These healthy nut cookies are made with just three ingredients! Mashed ripe bananas, oatmeal and walnuts. Cookie's for breakfast, cookies for lunch, cookies, cookies coooookies!!

Step 1 Put flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, oatmeal, nuts, chocolate and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Step 2 Add the water and oil and mix it all together thoroughly.
Step 3 form the cookies and place them on a baking plate with 5 cm between each.
Step 4 Bake in oven at 347°F for 10 minutes or until they become light brown.
Step 5 Take out and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
